ITC Holdings Corp has self appointed itself the highest authority in the USA and has decided that it is above the law and no one can stop them from doing anything they want.

How do we know that?

One of their in house attorneys told us that just before hanging up on us.

They are unwilling to work with anyone; they would rather go to court than work with people; they have absolutely lost their minds. And for good reason. They have to make a 12% profit no matter what because they are a public utility. So the more they spend suing people, the more money they actually make. The more they spend on a poorly run business, the more they charge. It's the biggest recession scam anyone has ever seen and it is with your government's consent that they continue to operate in this manner. This website is dedicated to the people being bullied by ITC Holdings as a place to share resources, stories and information to help stop these tyrants from doing what ever they want in spite of clearly defined laws and contracts. It is true that most large companies are sued and try to cross the line of legal and illegal to get ahead. But, ITC has taken it to a new level violating court orders and operating in complete defiance of local, state and federal laws.

We ask anyone with useful information, pictures, documents or anything else useful to share what you have with all the communities currently fighting ITC in court. We will upload those links and files and make them available so the small fights become one large battle that ITC has no hope of winning.
